Request Form & Prerequisites

We’re glad that you’ve expressed interest in our building for your wedding! We are very blessed with beautiful facilities, and we’ve had quite a few beautiful weddings in our Sanctuary. We have created this form for your convenience in submitting a request for using our facilities for your wedding. Sadly, we cannot accommodate every request we receive, so please ensure all the information submitted it accurate.

Before filling out the form, please note the following stipulations from our Facility Use Policy:

  • We restrict the use of our facilities to our members, relatives/friends of HARP members, and members of other Associate Reformed Presbyterian Churches.

  • We require the bride and groom, as well as any outside officiants, to abide by our Statement of Faith and Facility Use Policy.

  • All applicants must complete this form no less than 4 months prior to the requested date.

  • All weddings will be conducted reverently and all details are be subject to the Elders’ approval.

Please note that submitting a request form does not guarantee use, nor does it constitute a contract of any kind. HARP Church reserves the rights to use its facilities in a manner consistent with the standards of the Associate Reformed Presbyterian Church and subordinate courts of the ARPC, as well as the By-Laws and Statement of Faith.
